I've lost my card and need an emergency replacement
Should your card be lost or stolen or you've lost your PIN, you should notify us immediately. In most cases we can cancel your card and provide a replacement within 48 hours, at no cost to you. You can phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I'd like to change my credit limit
St.George Private Bank has endeavoured to establish a credit limit that provides you with the ultimate flexibility and convenience. If required however, you may apply for a credit limit increase once your account has been opened for six months.

How do I make payments to my Visa Platinum Card?
Private Bank Platinum lets you choose to pay your monthly account balance in full or in part, with any remaining balance to be paid over time. You can also choose to pay via eight convenient means - by cash, cheque, Direct Debit, BPAY or by transferring funds from linked accounts via ATMs, phone or internet.

Can I look up my Platinum credit card information online?
Yes, balances and detail of your Platinum Visa Card can be viewed through Internet Banking. Whilst there you can view recent activity, transfer money between accounts, and receive and pay bills via Bpay. Internet Banking is accessible through the Online Services section in the right hand navigation.

How are points calculated?
One point is earned for every dollar charged to your Platinum Card*.

How do I redeem points?
Points can either be redeemed online or by calling our Rewards Bureau on 1800 700 132.

How safe is it to redeem my points online?
St.George safeguard your information and money by employing stringent security measures, so you can rest assured that online redemption is safe and secure. To see if you are connected to a secure site, double click on the padlock icon found in the bottom right hand corner of the window and verify the contents of the certificate.

What if I don't have enough points?
Many of our Partners offer ´points plus pay´ meaning you don't have to wait till you've accumulated the exact number of points. Simply make up 20% of the redemption price using your Platinum Visa.
